Shipping method
Smaller orders ship parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground). Heavy or bulk quantities consolidate to LTL freight. The method and final cost are shown before payment, so there are no post-checkout adjustments.

Returns & warranty
Stock items carry a 30-day return policy in unused, resalable condition. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable once production starts. All products carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects.

Central & Southern U.S.: typically 1–2 business days
East & West Coasts: typically 2–3 business days
Remote areas and freight deliveries may take longer.
