The Corps Design Large Mixer Cart (FCMIX24) is engineered for top-notch protection and superior performance, making it the ideal solution for transporting sensitive equipment. At its core is our innovative shock-mount rack system, which features both front and rear rack rails mounted on rubber bushings, effectively dissipating shocks during transport. This unique feature ensures your gear remains safe even in challenging conditions.
Designed for ease of use, the cart includes convenient access panels at the front, rear, and side, offering seamless management of cables and equipment. The removable lid provides flexibility—keeping the cart sealed or partially open depending on the weather conditions, giving you the freedom to protect your gear as needed.
The main deck is equipped with an open backsplash to avoid cable crimping, along with a 1-1/2" square accessory rail, perfect for mounting fins or a laptop table. Supporting the cart are 8" Super Casters, which are solid rubber for impact resistance and ensure the cart never develops flat spots, even when fully loaded.
The Corps Design Large Mixer Cart is hardwired for AC power, including 2 "D" style ports for pass-throughs. For additional connectivity, the custom rack plate comes with 4 NL4 connectors for main and sub outputs, as well as 4 covered "D" style aux ports to accommodate any additional equipment you need.

Shipping method
Smaller orders ship parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground). Heavy or bulk quantities consolidate to LTL freight. The method and final cost are shown before payment, so there are no post-checkout adjustments.

This caster runs a Rubber wheel. Rubber absorbs shock and protects floors, and runs quietly, which suits noise-sensitive and light-to-medium duty use.
This caster uses a top-plate mount. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Rubber wheel performs best on rough, uneven, or outdoor surfaces such as asphalt, gravel, and cracked concrete. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
