All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
The Corps Design Sideline Screen Cart (FCSLCT) is a reliable, high-capacity solution for transporting and organizing sideline screens. Designed to hold up to 10 screens, this cart features a high side that allows screens to lean securely, as well as a low side for easy loading and unloading. With additional high bars, it ensures that screens remain stable during transport.
Ideally, this cart should be operated by two people for optimal efficiency. To make your setup process even faster, we recommend loading your screens in order of setup for the show, and picking them up in reverse order after the event. This simple yet effective process will help streamline your workflow, getting you ready for the next show or rehearsal with ease.
For larger events, using two carts—one for each side of the field—can significantly speed up setup and ensure a smooth operation throughout the day.
