The 5/16" diameter by 1-1/2" long Maxim Hex Nut Glides are commonly known as Easy-Adjust Leveling Mounts with Threaded Studs. Our Easy Adjustable Threaded Glides are effortless to adjust and level your appliances, equipment, chairs, or whatever you wish to install these glides on due to having the hex nut on the base of the stem. The Glide base is made of a heavy-duty and durable polyurethane material that will allow you to protect your flooring while still allowing the user to maneuver and adjust with ease. Leveling your equipment is as easy as turning the hex nut, either way, extending or retracting to have a perfect level anywhere. This caster runs a Polyurethane wheel with a 1-1/2" tread width. Polyurethane protects finished floors, rolls quietly, and resists most chemicals while carrying heavy loads.
This caster uses a Threaded Stem mount (5/16"-18 x 1-1/2" stem). Stem casters press or thread into a socket - verify the stem diameter and length match your existing setup before ordering.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Polyurethane wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
