With a 4-inch wheel diameter for smooth traversal, a 5.125-inch overall height for stability, and a 1.25-inch swivel offset for agility, this caster's Ultratherm wheel type and Nylon core material are crafted for enduring high temperatures and continuous movement.
The Hamilton High Heat Caster features a High Heat Black finish and Non-Metallic wheel tread capable of withstanding up to 550°F, with HH SS Precision Shielded Ball bearings for smooth operation.

This caster runs a Nylon wheel. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 2-1/2" x 3" plate. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Rigid caster. Rigid casters track straight for directional stability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for Up to 475°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 5.125". Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
