All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Most in-stock items ship same or next business day. Shipping rates shown at checkout.

This listing is for the most popular Roller Bearing used in heavy-duty caster wheels. Roller Bearing dimensions are 1" ID X 1-15/16" OD x 3" Length. This bearing is commonly seen in our 2-1/2" to 3" wide caster and wheels that contain a 1-15/16" bore inner diameter. In order for this bearing to perform optimally, it needs to be combined with a 3/4" Spanner Bushing which you can find here.
Roller Bearings are the most commonly used Bearings in Wheels of all kinds, especially Caster Wheels. Roller Bearings are designed to distribute heavy loads over a large area. Roller Bearings are not the best choice for Thrust Loads. If you need a bearing to handle more Thrust Load applications, please look at our Precision Ball Bearings.
