Designed for longer moves and outdoor use, this heavy-duty dolly features 8” air-filled pneumatic wheels with swivel casters, making it easy to roll over debris, grass, and uneven surfaces. Its 18” width matches standard H-frame dollies, allowing effortless passage through residential doorways, while the extended 40” length offers greater stability and weight distribution for larger, bulkier loads.
This dolly supports up to 1,000 lbs, ideal for transporting heavy-duty items like appliances, ranges, and other bulky cargo. The RoverMax Trailhawk’s off-road capabilities and durable construction ensure smooth maneuverability in all conditions. For additional needs, 10” wheels are available upon request for an extra charge.

Shipping method
Because of its size and weight, this item typically ships LTL freight on a pallet. Smaller add-on items may ship parcel. Freight cost is calculated by destination and shown before payment, or quoted for large orders.

This 40"x18" Oak H-Frame Dolly 8" Pneumatic Wheels – 1000 lb is rated to 1000 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 12". Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
