All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
This listing is for a Steel Combo Washer also known as a Steel Flanged Washer for a caster wheel with an outer diameter bore size of 1-3/16" and the washer has an inner diameter size of 3/4". This type of washer is one of the most commonly used washers used inside our 2" wide series caster wheels. This flat washer can be easily hammered or pressed into each side of the bore allowing you to hold the 3/4" ID roller bearing in place as well as the 3/4" OD to 1/2" ID spanner bushing that should be used with this washer. If you need a matching axle that coincides with the following comments above click here.
Our Steel Combo washers are Flanged washers that are located between the Caster Wheels outer hub of each side of the wheel. Combo washers hold the roller bearing inside the bore of the wheel. Flanged Combo Washers also support the axial-load or side-to-side motion on a shaft and help to prevent movement along that shaft. The Combo washer provides a surface on which a roller bearing is typically supported in the Caster industry. Have more questions about our Combo Washers?
