All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Mounting height defines the interface distance between a caster and the equipment frame and is critical for alignment, stability, and load distribution.
Rolling resistance is the force required to move a loaded caster and directly impacts push force, ergonomics, and system efficiency.
Overall height defines the vertical distance from the floor to the caster mounting surface and directly impacts deck height, clearance, and ergonomics.
Swivel radius defines the minimum clearance required for a swivel caster to rotate 360° without contacting nearby structures, corners, or guards.
Safety factor is the margin applied to caster load ratings to protect against shock loads, uneven distribution, and real-world operating conditions.
Static load rating defines the maximum weight a caster can support while stationary under ideal conditions. This specification applies only when equipment is not in motion.
Dynamic load rating defines the maximum weight a caster can support while in motion. This specification accounts for rolling resistance, shock loading, and operating conditions that impact real-world performance.
