In Bremen, Westerman will invest $6.5 million to increase production for energy customers, creating 210 jobs with $13.3 million in new annual payroll on top of 152 existing positions, JobsOhio said. The Bremen address is 245 N. Broad St. In Hebron, Westerman will invest $45 million to establish a new manufacturing operation primarily to support the large-scale expansion of Centrus Energy’s American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, creating 135 jobs with $8.42 million in new annual payroll. The Hebron address is 470 John Alford Parkway.
What is not true: JobsOhio’s announcement is an investment and jobs plan, not a claim that Hebron is already shipping nuclear equipment at full rate. This desk is not inventing a Centrus construction timeline beyond what JobsOhio stated — that Hebron primarily supports Centrus’s Piketon expansion.
Area Development’s Sept. 4, 2026 project note (secondary) adds that Hebron involves the revamp of a 100,000-square-foot facility for Westerman’s nuclear transport and storage product line. That square-footage and product-line detail is attributed to Area Development only; it is not repeated as a JobsOhio primary figure.
