All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Pre-assembled complete B&P hand trucks — the ready-to-ship configurations stocked at CasterHQ. 29 styles in this collection skip the custom A-B-C-D order process: each one ships same day in its factory-spec configuration. Includes the Liberator XT premium series (WEB-HTX-001/002 squared loop and double loop with cross straps), tread-brake hand trucks (WEB-HTA-006), 8″ balloon cushion wheel variants (WEB-HTA-032), and double-vertical-handle precision-positioning trucks (WEB-HTA-031).

B&P designs every hand truck with modular configurability — you can spec the frame, handle, nose plate, and wheel independently using the A-B-C-D code system. That flexibility is the brand’s strength, but it also means custom orders typically run 2-4 weeks for production. The 29 trucks on this Complete Hand Trucks page are the FACTORY-SPEC pre-assembled configurations that B&P stocks in volume — shipping same day from Mansfield, TX when buyers don’t need custom configuration.
| Family | Notable Models | Wheel | Use Case |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard HTA | WEB-HTA-031 (Double Vertical), WEB-HTA-032 (Balloon) | 10″ pneumatic / 8″ balloon | General warehouse, freight terminal |
| Liberator XT Premium | WEB-HTX-001, WEB-HTX-002 | 10″ pneumatic standard | High-cycle commercial, premium service life |
| Brake Variants | WEB-HTA-006 (Tread Brake), WEB-HTA-003 (Disc Brake) | 10″ pneumatic / no-flat | Steep ramps, dock loading with brake |
| Specialty Handles | Curved back HTA-004, double vertical HTA-031 | 10″ pneumatic / no-flat | Tall stacked cargo, narrow aisle precision |
Complete (stocked) configurations: ship same day, no premium pricing, fixed factory spec. Custom A-B-C-D: 2-4 week production lead time, allows component-level customization (e.g., aluminum frame with specific wheel material not in stock), modest cost premium. Most B2B fleet buyers go with complete unless they have a documented spec requirement.
Tread brake (WEB-HTA-006): manual lever engages a brake pad against the wheel tread to slow descent — the spec for ramp-down loading. Disc brake (WEB-HTA-003): hydraulic disc brake assembly on the wheel hub for stronger stopping power — spec for steep ramps and heavy cargo descent. Disc brake costs 20-30% more.
The WEB-HTA-032 ships with 8″ balloon cushion wheels — soft solid rubber tread with internal air-cell construction. Acts like pneumatic for shock absorption but won’t puncture. Used for indoor floors with rough seams where pneumatic flats would be common but cushion is needed.
For daily commercial use (warehouse, freight terminal, beverage delivery) the XT’s 1.5x service life pays back the 30-40% cost premium within 12-18 months. For occasional use or light-duty applications, standard HTA series is the smarter spec.
