All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Endurance casters are built for one thing standard casters can't survive: continuous, round-the-clock operation. Hamilton's Endurance series puts forged kingpinless construction and heat-treated raceways into a compact caster — up to 1,000 lb per caster — engineered for the cycle count of three-shift production.

A caster that works fine for one shift faces a different problem at three shifts: roughly triple the rotational cycles. A standard swivel develops play; a standard raceway wears a groove. The Endurance series answers it with forged kingpinless construction (load distributed across a full raceway, not a kingpin shaft) and heat-treated raceways (hardened so constant cycling doesn't brinell the bearing surface). It's the rare small-form-factor caster engineered specifically for cycle count.
Continuous-operation production lines, bottling and packaging, commercial laundry, and any equipment that genuinely never stops. The compact size and 1,000 lb capacity suit production carts and equipment rather than heavy transfer — this is about surviving the cycle count, not carrying extreme load.
Forged kingpinless construction and heat-treated raceways — engineered for the cycle count of 24/7 operation, where standard casters develop play and wear out fast.
Yes — the stainless Endurance (ENS) series adds corrosion resistance for washdown and food/pharma environments.
Up to 1,000 lb per caster — sized for continuous-duty production equipment, not heavy transfer.
Our US-based caster engineers will match the right build to your load, floor, and application.
