The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Scissor Lift Pallet Jacks

Capacity: up to 2,200 lb

This collection gathers plate-mount casters used on heavy warehouse carts, die carts, and plant fixtures. Expect capacities 2,200 lb. Match bolt-hole spacing or stem diameter to the frame before you standardize a fleet. Confirm stem length and thread pitch on stem mounts so the shoulder seats flush in the boss. These heavy-duty options cover everyday heavy warehouse carts, die carts, and plant fixtures without jumping to extreme forged series.

High Lift Pallet Jacks can increase productivity up to 40% by utilizing three functions with one piece of equipment: picking up loads, transferring work stations and raising them to the optimal working height.

Two automatic brakes and two side stabilizers engage automatically as forks are raised

For use with bottomless skids

High Lift Pallet Jacks (scissor lift pallet jacks) can be raised to 31″ high via 3 chrome-plated hydraulic rods. This is compared to a raised height of 8″ with regular pallet jacks. High Lift Pallet Jacks have two side stabilizers which automatically extend out when the height is raised to 15″ high.

High Lift Pallet Jacks are a versatile adaptation to hundreds of industry applications including feeding press binders, cutters, conveyors, assembly lines and many more.
