This collection holds Standard Ergonomic casters with ergonomic polyurethane, UltraGlide polyurethane and metal wheels, built for shop carts, equipment, and material handling carts that move heavier loads. Casters in this collection range from 450 to 1,850 lb per caster. Wheels in this category range from 2 up to 8 inches in diameter with a 2 in tread width. The collection includes swivel and rigid models. Kingpinless swivels hold up better under shock and repeat loads. Dual wheel casters split the load over two wheels and swivel with less effort under heavy loads. Ergonomic polyurethane wheels are made to lower push effort, which helps workers move heavy carts by hand. UltraGlide polyurethane wheels are made to start and roll with low push effort, which helps on long pushes. Metal wheels roll with low effort and handle debris and heat.
