The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

6" x 2" Stainless Steel Wheels

6" x 2" Stainless Steel Wheels for warehouse carts, racks, and everyday plant fixtures

Typical builds show steel and stainless treads and industrial frames. Replace worn corners in matched sets when possible so the cart tracks straight under load. For dual-wheel or wide treads, check fork clearance and swivel radius in tight aisles. These medium-duty options cover everyday warehouse carts, racks, and everyday plant fixtures without jumping to extreme forged series.
