The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

4" x 1-1/4" Polyurethane Casters

Diameter: 4 inTread: 1-1/4 inCapacity: up to 350 lb

4" x 1-1/4" Polyurethane Casters for warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete. Expect wheel diameters 4 in, polyurethane treads, and plate-mount frames. When floors see chemicals or washdowns, prefer sealed bearings and non-absorbent wheel compounds. For dual-wheel or wide treads, check fork clearance and swivel radius in tight aisles. These light-duty options cover everyday warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete without jumping to extreme forged series.
