All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Discover Hamilton Aqualite Wheels, designed for rigorous industrial service. With their heavy-sectioned hubs and rims, these wheels offer superior durability and resistance to impact, making them ideal for demanding environments.
Crafted from blended polymers, Aqualite wheels are resistant to water, brine, gasoline, oils, and most acids, chemicals, and solvents. These wheels surpass hard rubber in wear resistance, are nonmarking, nonstaining, and cost-effective.
Perfect for clean rooms, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and more. They meet U.S.F.D.A. food additives regulations for direct contact with food and are easy to clean with steam or detergents.
Aqualite Wheels come with options like self-lubricating bores for maintenance-free operation, especially in corrosive environments. Larger sizes offer Delrin or roller bearings, with roller-bearing-equipped wheels featuring lube fittings for ease of rolling.
Suitable for temperatures ranging from -20° to +140° F, and intermittently up to +220° F. Their industrial-duty design is optimized for cleanliness and durability, with smooth contours that prevent dirt accumulation.
