The six polyurethane casters here come from Hamilton with 6 to 12 in wheels, rated 2,860 to 4,000 lb each. The common top plate is 5-1/4 x 7-1/4 in, and you can pick swivel or rigid and without brakes. Two examples are a Hamilton 6 x 3 in Duralast XC rigid caster rated 2,860 lb and a Hamilton CH-12DB70 12 x 3 in Duralast XC swivel caster rated 4,000 lb.

Champion Caster Series with Duralast XC Polyurethane Wheels

Are you looking for improved rollability and extra capacity in a resilient tread wheel? If so, Hamilton's 70 durometer polyurethane (Shore D) wheels will deliver. Because the polyurethane is harder than standard 95A poly, these wheels roll more easily and carry up to 30% more capacity - thus the suffix XC, as in eXtra Capacity! In addition, they effectively repel foreign objects and debris. Duralast XC's harder tread is best suited for smooth floors. For rough floors, we recommend our Ergo-Glide™ Wheels.
