All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Gray iron (semi-steel) wheel casters for light-duty institutional and commercial carts and equipment. Specified where maximum rolling efficiency and high load performance are required on smooth, clean concrete floors.
Gray iron wheels provide an exceptionally low rolling resistance on smooth, hard surfaces, making them a strong choice for high-frequency movement and heavier loads within light-duty caster frames. They are impact resistant and offer long wear life in dry environments.
Because gray iron is a hard wheel material, it is best suited for smooth, clean concrete where debris is minimal. It is not recommended for sensitive floor finishes or environments where floor noise, vibration, or surface marring are concerns. For wet or washdown areas, verify corrosion requirements at the model level.
