615 Series casters for chemical, food-contact, and washdown carts. Expect top plates around 6-1/4 x 7-1/2, wheel diameters 6 in, and nylon treads. Match bolt-hole spacing or stem diameter to the frame before you standardize a fleet. Larger plates spread bolt stress on thick frames under continuous tow abuse. Confirm stem length and thread pitch on stem mounts so the shoulder seats flush in the boss.
