W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

330 Series phenolic and stainless casters sized for bake carts, metalworking fixtures, and debris-heavy floors. Typical builds show top plates around 4-1/2 x 6-1/4, wheel diameters 6, 8 in, and phenolic and stainless treads. Pair swivel and rigid casters for tracking, or use total locks where the cart must park on a grade. Larger plates spread bolt stress on thick frames under continuous tow abuse.
