The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.

W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.

This category is for S304 Stainless Steel medium to heavy duty casters with a Gray non-marking Thermo Plastic Rubber Wheel. At CasterHQ, quality is our number on priority. We offer these casters with a double ball bearing raceway, 5/8" diameter nut and bolt kingpin, 1/4" forged steel top plates and 1/4" cold forged yoke legs. All parts are 100% S304 Stainless Steel for the best rust protection in the industry. Or Gray Thermo Plastic Rubber Wheels have a soft 65 Shore A Durometer. This is a high-grade thermoplastic rubber wheel mechanically bonded to a polyolefin core. Thermo Rubber Wheels resist most solvents, oils, and water. These wheels are non-marking, quiet and smooth. Great for factory, hospitals, institutional, hospitality, and food service industries. These are the same wheels you normally see in hospitals and pharmaceutical labs to reduce noises while rolling.
