Which caster fits my Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold oven?
Most 1000-TH, 750-TH, and 500-TH Cook & Hold and hot-food-holding units use the 5" caster: HQ1450S-PL1-SP swivel (replaces CS-2026) and HQ1450R-PL1-SP rigid (replaces CS-2025), four per unit. Larger banquet cabinets use the 6" rigid.
Are these stainless and NSF?
The 5" HQ1450 matches are 304 stainless with NSF-listed configurations for food service. The Alto-Shaam factory caster is 300 lb polypropylene; the stainless match carries 350 lb on the same 2-3/8" × 3-5/8" plate. The 6" is a gray non-marking TPR rigid.
Does it come with a brake like the factory swivel?
The 5" swivel takes a bolt-on total-lock brake to match the Alto-Shaam brake position. Add it on the product page or ask us to include it.
