Powder color wheel

A curated look at finishes we actually shoot — tap a swatch to start an RFQ for that color family. Full range is 6,500+ powders (company claim); we match brand chips via quote.

Not a stocked shelf of every powder. Swatches are visual guides — send RAL / Pantone / a brand chip on the RFQ for an exact match. Black ships with no MOQ; other colors start at 25 pcs per color.

What to send on your RFQ

Faster quotes when you include:

  1. Fork / caster style (or link a close SKU from plate casters / heavy duty casters)
  2. Color target (RAL, Pantone, brand chip, or photo of existing equipment)
  3. Quantity and whether multiple colors are required
  4. Need for zinc / sandblast prep (if known)
  5. Ship-to and needed-by date (we confirm lead time on reply — not published as a fixed SLA on this page)
  6. Sample request: yes/no

Where powder-coated forks fit

The fork (yoke/frame) is the colored metal under the wheel on many plate-mount casters. Spec the caster for load, wheel, and plate first, then RFQ the powder finish when carts, racks, or branded equipment need a visible color match without painting after assembly.

Quick answers (order desk)

Limits (honest)

  • We do not publish a fixed lead-time SLA on this page; timing is confirmed per RFQ.
  • “6,500+ colors” is a company claim about powder availability, not a promise every color is stocked finished on the shelf.
  • This page is the order / RFQ landing. It is not a duplicate of the Industrial Insights explainer.
  • More finish-program detail is announcing soon — we will update this page when Jordan locks it.
