It depends on the unit. Reach-ins and glass-door merchandisers (GDM, T-23, T-49, T-72, TD, TS) use a 4" hard-rubber swivel PLATE on a 4" x 5-1/8" plate. Prep, sandwich/pizza, and undercounter units (TSSU, TUC, TWT, TPP) use a polyolefin 1/2"-13 threaded stem — 5", 3", or 2-1/2". Type your model in the finder above or send it to us to confirm.
Is it the same wheel as the True factory caster?
Yes. The 4" is hard rubber and the stem sizes are hard polyolefin, the same non-marking wheel materials True ships, on the same 4" x 5-1/8" plate or 1/2"-13 stem.
Can I get the brake to match the factory set?
Yes. True ships two plain and two braked per unit. Use the 4" swivel side-lock plate caster for reach-ins, or add a bolt-on total-lock brake to the stem casters. Order two plain and two braked.
