White Nylon Wheels are made for Wet and Corrosive environments where Water or Harsh Cleaning Chemicals including some mild acids are used. These wheels are very light but have a heavy load capacity due to the strength of white nylon. White Nylon Wheels are reinforced with glass fibers for added strength. Please select either plain bore or a stainless bearing for applications that include, steam cleaning, wash down, grease, oil, or exposed to blood, salt, or any type of solvents. We typically sell these to many type of laboratory applications as well as animal clinics. These are used in Surgical rooms as well during operations where chemicals and blood are commonly exposed. You can also find these type of wheels being used in Schools, Cafeterias, and many Food Service Industries, Medical Industry Carts, Hospitals, Labs, and Bakeries.

Shipping method
Smaller orders ship parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground). Heavy or bulk quantities consolidate to LTL freight. The method and final cost are shown before payment, so there are no post-checkout adjustments.

This 3" x 1-1/4" White Nylon Swivel Caster – 300 lb is rated to 300 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Nylon wheel with a 1-1/4" tread width. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
This caster uses a Grip Ring Stem mount (3" x 1-1/4" stem). Stem casters press or thread into a socket - verify the stem diameter and length match your existing setup before ordering.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -40°F to 210°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Nylon wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 4-3/16". Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
