This listing is for our 4" diameter by 1-1/4" wide Total Locking Plate Caster with our non-marking thermoplastic rubber wheel. The wheels are soft and nonmarking thermoplastic rubber with a polyolefin core, precision bearing, and a thermo rubber tread that provides a very quiet, cushioned, and non-marking ride. Total locking brake allows you to simultaneously lock the swivel raceway and the wheel with the simple press of our metal brake pedal. Total Locking Casters are the most secure type of locking casters because they allow your cart or equipment to become completely stationary when the brakes are engaged.
