This Hamilton Standard Duty Caster boasts of its robust construction. Designed with a 4x2 inch Duralast Polyurethane Wheel on a high-strength Cast Iron Wheel, it offers unmatched resistance to wear and tear.
Thanks to its design, this caster offers enhanced maneuverability in any direction, making it perfect for moving heavy loads in industrial environments. The 1/2-inch sealed precision ball bearings guarantee efficient and quiet rolling.
This Hamilton caster is not only easy to install, but also requires minimum maintenance. The bearings are sealed and do not require additional lubrication, reducing maintenance time and cost.
Load capacity of 750 lbs at 3 mph, Wheel diameter of 4 inches and wheel face of 2 inches, Overall height of 5.625 inches. The mounting plate measures 4 x 4 1/2 inches, Bolt hole 1 is 2 5/8 x 3 5/8 inches and bolt hole 2 is 3 x 3 inches. The mounting bolt is 0.375 inches. Bright zinc plated finish with green poly on gray center wheel. Replacement wheel model is W-420-DB-1/2.

This caster uses a top-plate mount. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Rigid caster. Rigid casters track straight for directional stability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Polyurethane wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
