This series is made to provide long service life and top performance; made from ASTM 1045 drop forged steel, polished and hardened (HRC45) steel ball bearings run in deeply groved, precision machined and hardened raceways, held together with a 3/4” heat treated kingpin. Legs are made from 3/8” steel and are robotically welded inside and out for maximum strength. Caster Headquarters has over a dozen wheel materials, bearings, brakes, and options to choose from.
