This 6" x 2" Hi-Temp Glass-Filled Nylon Wheel – 1200 lb is rated to 1200 lbs per wheel. Divide the total load across the number of wheels in your rig and keep working loads within about 75-80% of the rating for continuous use.
This is a Nylon wheel. Nylon resists chemicals and moisture and carries high loads, which suits washdown and wet environments.
