The Hamilton S-7210-PR puts two 10" pneumatic tires on one swivel rig. The load is shared by two air-filled tires, so you get a cushioned ride on rough ground with a higher rating than a single tire of the same size.
Hamilton built the 7200 Series for aircraft and aerospace ground support, construction and other outdoor work, and for shock protection under heavy equipment.

Choose a dual tread contact brake, a 4SL swivel lock, both, or neither from the selectors above.
Good fit: Outdoor carts and equipment that cross asphalt, gravel, grass or dock plates, where a solid wheel would pass every bump into the load.
Poor fit: Smooth indoor floors where easy pushing matters most. Air tires take more effort to roll than a hard tread under load, and they need their pressure checked. For indoor-only use, compare a hard-tread caster at the same height.

Sizing rule: Divide the heaviest loaded weight by 3, not 4. On an uneven floor one caster is often carrying little or nothing, so plan for three to hold the load.
This Hamilton S-7210-PR 10" Pneumatic Dual Wheel Swivel Caster – 910 lb is rated to 910 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Rubber wheel with a 3-1/2" tread width. Rubber absorbs shock and protects floors, and runs quietly, which suits noise-sensitive and light-to-medium duty use.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 4-1/2" x 6-1/2" plate and a 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" and 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" bolt pattern. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
The Rubber wheel performs best on rough, uneven, or outdoor surfaces such as asphalt, gravel, and cracked concrete. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 12-1/2". Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
