The L-POW 100K-12-FK B Swivel Caster is designed for optimal mobility and durability. With a load capacity of up to 400 pounds, it's perfect for industrial equipment and heavy-duty applications. The wheel's dimensions and ball bearing type ensure smooth movement and versatility across various surfaces. This caster is made of pressed steel, zinc-plated, blue-passivated, and Cr6-free material. It features a high-quality nylon 6 wheel that is impact-resistant with a hardness of 70 Shore D. The wheel also has a low-noise operation due to its elastic cushion layer made from elastic solid rubber. It has high chemical resistance to many aggressive substances and can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +80 °C.

This 4" x 1-3/8" Polyurethane Swivel Caster – 400 lb is rated to 400 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 2-1/2" x 3-5/8" plate and a 1-3/4" x 2-13/16" bolt pattern. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
