The Manner Tango GKR-S-75 NP/K M12 is a 75 mm (2.95") swivel castors with total-stop brake from the Tango series, Manner's flagship line for hospital beds, rehabilitation equipment, institutional kitchens, and clean-environment trolleys.
The fork and wheel hub are typically glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide, eliminating corrosion paths under repeated wipe-down with hospital-grade disinfectants. Manner is a Colson Group company; CasterHQ is the authorized US partner for the Tango medical caster line.

This Manner Tango GKR-S-75 NP/K M12 Swivel castors — 75mm is rated to 198 lb per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Polyamide hub / Soft polyurethane tread wheel with a 1.26" (32 mm) tread width. Polyurethane protects finished floors, rolls quietly, and resists most chemicals while carrying heavy loads.
This caster uses a Threaded stem mount. Stem casters press or thread into a socket - verify the stem diameter and length match your existing setup before ordering.
This is a Swivel caster with a wheel brake. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. The brake locks the wheel to hold the load in place. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
The Polyamide hub / Soft polyurethane tread wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 4.33" (110 mm). Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
