All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Polyurethane, rubber, iron, nylon and phenolic casters and wheels, each with a free STEP file that opens in SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360,…
Wheel = wheel diameter · capacity is per caster.

Polyurethane, rubber, iron, nylon and phenolic casters and wheels, each with a free STEP file that opens in SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, Creo and other CAD software. More than 4,400 are CasterHQ-built models with a 3D viewer and a dimensioned drawing; the rest carry the manufacturer's own STEP file. To filter by mount, wheel material, diameter and capacity per caster, open swivel casters, rigid casters or caster wheels with CAD, check the fit in your assembly, then order.
