All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

We tried to narrow down a few of our most popular oven casters in this category. Pan dollies are the carts used to store baking sheets/pans when not used. This dolly needs to be sturdy due to the potential load capacity and maneuver easily throughout the bakery. We recommend 3" industrial plastic or Polyolefin wheels with a high-quality steel caster. The other commonly used caster is for the oven rack. These racks need to endure the demands of the oven's high temperatures and be able to be washed down or steam cleaned for sanitary purposes. We recommend a quality swivel caster with a high temp. 4" or 5" in diameter. These wheels can handle up to 450f, withstand frequent washdowns and steam cleaning applications, roll easily, and offer adequate floor protection.
