W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.

This 610 series aisle groups plate-mount casters built for warehouse carts on epoxy and smooth concrete. Catalog chips cover wheel diameters 10 in, polyurethane and cast iron treads, and capacities 3,000 lb. Size capacity from the heaviest corner load with shock margin, and keep overall height consistent across the set. Larger plates spread bolt stress on thick frames under continuous tow abuse.
