All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Vending machines and glass-door coolers are tall, top-heavy and heavy. A two-wheel truck makes the operator hold that weight. A kickout truck does not: after you strap and tip the load, a hinged rear frame drops two 3-1/2 in swivel casters to the floor and the machine rolls on four wheels.
The SRT-M-66 is rated 1,200 lb, stands 66 in tall on 1 in x 14 gauge steel tube, and has a 7 gauge 5 x 24 in footplate. Stevens also builds the 60 in SRT-M-60 and 72 in SRT-M-72.
Specs, steps and height guide: Stevens SRT-M-66.
Big wheel attachments do not fit trucks with kickout wheels. The casters already give four-wheel support.

Match the frame to the height of what you move most: 60, 66 or 72 in. We list the 66 and can order the others.
