The standard Endurance series proved the concept at 1,000 lb: forged kingpinless construction and heat-treated raceways survive the cycle count of 24/7 operation. The SEC series takes that same engineering and builds it heavy — to 6,000 lb per caster. So now continuous-duty heavy transfer equipment, not just light production carts, can be specified for endurance instead of just capacity.
Heavy tow-line trains in continuous operation, 24/7 transfer carts in foundry and steel-adjacent environments, and any heavy industrial equipment where the duty cycle is constant and a caster failure means a line-down event. The kingpinless raceway distributes load and resists the cornering wear that kills kingpin casters under sustained heavy cycling.
