The Super Endurance Caster (SEC) series scales Hamilton's endurance engineering up to heavy duty — forged kingpinless construction and heat-treated raceways, rated to 6,000 lb per caster, for equipment that runs continuously under heavy load. It's the endurance philosophy at industrial scale.
The standard Endurance series proved the concept at 1,000 lb: forged kingpinless construction and heat-treated raceways survive the cycle count of 24/7 operation. The SEC series takes that same engineering and builds it heavy — to 6,000 lb per caster. So now continuous-duty heavy transfer equipment, not just light production carts, can be specified for endurance instead of just capacity.
Heavy tow-line trains in continuous operation, 24/7 transfer carts in foundry and steel-adjacent environments, and any heavy industrial equipment where the duty cycle is constant and a caster failure means a line-down event. The kingpinless raceway distributes load and resists the cornering wear that kills kingpin casters under sustained heavy cycling.
