All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Caster wheel replacement parts for rebuilding a wheel instead of replacing the caster: roller and ball bearings, spanner bushings, zinc and stainless axles with nuts, and thrust and combo washers.
| Measure | Why |
|---|---|
| Axle diameter | Sets the bearing or bushing bore (for example 1/2 or 3/4 in) |
| Wheel bore and hub length | Sets bearing outside diameter and length |
| Fork width | Sets axle length (for example 1/2 x 3-3/8 in) |
Part sizes from product titles [S1].
Stainless axles and bushings are listed for washdown areas where zinc plating would rust.
More: wheel bearings, spanner bushings and axles and nuts.
Measure the axle diameter, the wheel bore and the hub length. The titles list bearings by ID, OD and length.
It sits between the wheel bearings around the axle and keeps them from being crushed when the axle nut is tightened.
An axle with a grease fitting so the wheel bearing can be greased in place.
Yes, 1/2 x 3-3/8 in and 3/8 x 2-1/4 in stainless Zerk axles with nuts.
