All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
Not sure which caster you need? Tell CasterHQ your load, floor, environment, and mounting and we recommend the right wheel material, capacity, mount, and brake, with options and a quote. Available nationwide.

Send your load, floor, and mounting. We will recommend the right caster and quote it.
Divide the total load by the number of casters and add a safety factor for dynamic load and uneven floors. We size it with you so the caster isn't running at its limit.
It depends on floor, debris, temperature, and noise. Polyurethane is a versatile non-marking choice; phenolic and steel handle heat and heavy load; rubber and TPR are quiet. We match it to your case.
Getting a recommendation and quote costs nothing. Samples and orders are quoted before you commit.
