The People Behind the Specs

CasterHQ is a team of caster and material handling specialists in Mansfield, Texas. From 45+ years on the sales desk to an in-house woodshop building heavy-duty oak dollies, the people below are who OEM engineers, MRO buyers, and procurement teams actually talk to when they spec, source, and standardize casters. Real engineers, real warehouse, real manufacturing. Not a call center.

Leadership

Jordan W., Founder & President at CasterHQ
Jordan W.
Founder & President
15+ years in the caster industry

Jordan is the founder and president of CasterHQ. He started at Durable USA and worked his way up to Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest before spotting a gap in the market and leaving to build his own caster company, now one of the fastest-growing in the world. A builder at heart, he has been taking things apart and putting them back together better since he was a kid, modding game consoles (when Halo got too easy, he rewrote it so he could walk through walls and fly) and building his own computers long before he was writing the software, apps, and workflows that run CasterHQ today. He is also a little obsessed with where search is headed, constantly studying Google's algorithm updates and the latest in AI so customers can find exactly what they need with ease. A deep-focus introvert, he does his best work heads-down in the quiet, then trusts a great team to help drive it all forward.

FamilyMarried with two kids, one in middle school and one heading into senior year.

HobbiesProgramming and building apps, working out, traveling the world with his family, firearm training and competition, gardening, and getting lost in books on business, psychology, and the occasional physics or consciousness deep dive.

AspirationTo build a caster company customers rely on for generations, while keeping life balanced with family and time in nature.

Wayne R., Chief Executive Officer at CasterHQ
Wayne R.
Chief Executive Officer
9+ years

Wayne is the CEO of CasterHQ and a lifelong entrepreneur. He is also co-owner of Specialty Restoration of Texas, a fire and water damage restoration company with locations across the state. An early investor and part owner of CasterHQ, Wayne was trusted to lead as CEO from the very beginning, helping shape its direction and drive its growth toward becoming a leader in the caster and wheel industry. He brings decades of real-world experience running multiple businesses, and leads on a simple foundation of morality, ethics, and doing what is right.

FamilyBelieves family is the most important thing in the world. A no-nonsense leader who will still give the shirt off his back for just about anyone.

HobbiesGolf and all things sports, football, basketball, and baseball; fishing and days on the lake; and enjoying life with friends and family.

Josh R., Vice President at CasterHQ
Josh R.
Vice President
9+ years

Josh is the VP and a part owner of CasterHQ, and quite possibly the only person here qualified to psychoanalyze your caster order. He spent the better part of a decade in school earning multiple degrees in forensic and criminal psychology, has a lifelong love of learning, and moonlights as a bit of a mathematician. He takes the role seriously, every decision he makes is for the good of the company, the customer experience, and the team, but he keeps it fun. Hilarious, sharp, witty, and the hardest worker in the room, Josh gets along with just about everyone.

Go ChiefsSelf-proclaimed #1 Kansas City Chiefs fan on the planet. His office, his wardrobe, his daily thoughts, and probably his dreams are all Chiefs red, ever since watching games with his grandpa as a kid.

Off the clockSinging and dancing anywhere he goes, talking sports, a round of golf, or cocktails at the beach.

FamilyA devoted husband and girl-dad. A true ride-or-die who runs on loyalty and trust and shows up for his people, no matter what.

Kevin E., Comptroller at CasterHQ
Kevin E.
Comptroller
9+ years

Kevin is the Comptroller and a part owner of CasterHQ, and the closest thing we have to a human supercomputer. He is a CPA with a stack of certifications and finance degrees to match, and on top of that he serves as CFO of a large company with hundreds of employees, because apparently one demanding finance role was not enough. With decades of experience across these roles, he is one of the most in-demand people in his field, the kind who turns down dozens of offers a month and still answers your question before you have finished asking it. His brain runs like AI, but he is refreshingly practical and genuinely kind with it. Numbers, finance, strategy, the big messy business questions, Kevin has the answer, and he will happily help with the non-business ones too. We honestly would not be where we are without him.

Family & faithSpends his rare downtime with his family and is active in his church. Family comes first, even for a self-described workaholic.

HobbiesTraveling, when he can actually be pried away from work, which is not often.

Fun factQuite possibly one of the sharpest comptrollers in the country, if not the world. We are not biased. Okay, maybe a little.

Sales & Caster Solutions

Bob C., Director of Sales at CasterHQ
Bob C.
Director of Sales
45+ years in the industry

Bob runs the CasterHQ sales desk with more than 45 years in the caster industry. He founded the Trio Pines caster manufacturing plant at its Dallas location and built it into a thriving, multi-million-dollar caster plant, and brings hands-on experience from Tente Casters and Durable USA. At CasterHQ he started as Director of Operations before stepping into Director of Sales, and today he spends most of his time on outside sales across the DFW market while still supporting OEMs, dealers, and customers nationwide. There is very little about casters, wheels, or material handling equipment he hasn't specified, sourced, or solved. But ask anyone who knows him and they will tell you Bob's real passion is his family. His wife is a successful business owner and esthetician with a background in commercial real estate, now happily retired, and his daughter is studying mechanical engineering at Texas Tech, with dreams of building robots and animatronics. He lights up talking about her, so much so that customers and coworkers feel like they have watched her grow up. Everything he has built, and everything he still works for, is for them.

HobbyOriginal artwork in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and ink, see his work at dreamntree.com.

EnjoysFamily, pets, and home; pro and college football, with a little billiards.

He knows the CasterHQ catalog top to bottom and can help just about anyone with their material handling needs. Genuinely kind and easy to talk to, he thrives around people and takes the time to get to know every customer.

HobbiesAll things history, horror films, and Star Wars.

Marketing & E-Commerce

Katy R., Director of Marketing at CasterHQ
Katy R.
Director of Marketing
5+ years

Katy is the Director of Marketing, and the reason CasterHQ does not look like every other caster company on the internet. She earned a bachelor's in Nutrition from UNT before realizing her real passion was marketing, casters' gain, kale's loss. She spent years running marketing for a well-known chain of dental offices, growing them substantially, then did the same for a much larger corporation we are sworn to keep a mystery. Jordan eventually pried her away, because even the caster industry deserves a little class and modernization. One look at our social media, web graphics, and email campaigns says it all: she knows exactly what works and when. Her eye for design does not stop at pixels either, give her the chance and she will redesign your storefront and your living room. Sharp, quick-witted, and genuinely hilarious, she is also our resident competitor stalker, always one tab over watching trends, rivals, and everything moving in the caster world.

Go Chiefs (sort of)Officially the #2 Kansas City Chiefs fan in the building, a self-proclaimed bandwagoner who happened to marry the #1 fan (our VP, Josh). After this many years together, the bandwagon label no longer legally applies.

FamilyA proud wife and girl-mom to a daughter she is fairly certain is the cutest, smartest kid alive. Hard to argue.

Off the clockWorking out, time in nature, traveling, singing, trying new food, and running a fantasy football league or three.

Customer Service & Administration

Raquel L., Customer Solutions & Order Management at CasterHQ
Raquel L.
Customer Solutions & Order Management
5+ years

Raquel is where every CasterHQ order begins. She is the first person to touch an order, printing packing slips and shipping labels, coordinating with the warehouse, and making sure it goes out right. When something is off, she is already on it, working with the customer on a fix and rallying the team to drop-ship or pull it from one of our 12 fulfillment locations. She also answers the phones, helps customers with applications, and quietly keeps the lights on, payroll, office supplies, vendor calls, and the warehouse-to-office hotline all run through her. Bilingual in English and Spanish, endlessly kind, and grounded in her faith and family, she treats every customer like one of her own, which is exactly why they love her.

Family & faithGrounded in her faith and family, and treats coworkers and customers like extended family.

Off the clockReading, getting outdoors, hunting down new restaurants, and quality time with family.

Always leveling upForever sharpening her customer-service game and product know-how so she can help you even faster next time.

Cindy K., Accounting & Administration at CasterHQ

Warehouse Operations

Armando C., Warehouse Manager at CasterHQ
Armando C.
Warehouse Manager
20+ years in the industry

Armando is the steady hand behind the CasterHQ warehouse. With more than 20 years in the caster industry, including 15+ years as a warehouse supervisor at Durable USA, he is the kind of person you can always count on, he has never missed a day and never shown up late. As warehouse manager he keeps inventory organized, stock replenished, and supplies ordered ahead of need, flagging low items before they slow anyone down. He knows caster and wheel assembly top to bottom, every brand, the mechanics, and which parts work together, and he is a quality-control stickler who makes sure nothing ships without his stamp of approval behind it.

FamilyA devoted husband and father to a large family he is proud to provide for.

EnjoysMusic and time spent with the people he loves.

Karlo J., Warehouse Operations & Amazon Specialist at CasterHQ
Karlo J.
Warehouse Operations & Amazon Specialist
5+ years in the industry

Karlo wears many hats in the CasterHQ warehouse, helping manage daily operations, scheduling all LTL freight shipments, keeping Amazon Prime items restocked, and assembling casters. He is a crucial part of keeping CasterHQ running day to day and a true asset to the team.

HobbiesGaming since the PS2 days (now on PS5), currently Cyberpunk 2077 and the Persona series; plays guitar daily across a 12-string, 6-string, and electric bass.

InterestsAnime, with Naruto his all-time favorite.

AspirationTo be someone his family and friends can always count on.

Woodshop & Manufacturing

CasterHQ runs its own in-house woodshop, building heavy-duty oak dollies, carts, and material handling equipment. In-house manufacturing means we control quality and lead time, not a third party.

Tony B., Lead Woodworker & Fabricator at CasterHQ
Tony B.
Lead Woodworker & Fabricator
2+ years

Tony is the artist-in-residence of the CasterHQ woodshop, and quite possibly the most multi-talented person here. Master welder, master woodworker, and we do not throw those words around. He runs our woodshop, where every oak moving dolly, four-wheel dolly, furniture dolly, and custom cart is built almost entirely by hand, a drill press, table saw, chop saw, and router are the only tools he lets help. The result is the heaviest-duty, highest-quality dollies in the industry and a big reason customers keep coming back. On the side he designs high-end custom furniture and tables that genuinely belong in a gallery. When he is not building, he is reading, very likely more books than the rest of the staff combined, and thinking deeply about consciousness, the universe, and the world's religions. Standard woodshop small talk, naturally.

Family manAn amazing husband and father who is passing his trades down, welding, metal art, woodworking, and furniture-making, right alongside the bigger lessons: faith, kindness, ethics, and a healthy dose of street smarts.

Off the clockHunting, sharpening his marksmanship at the range, prepping for just about anything, and turning raw materials into art.

The kind of guyA lifelong learner who gets along with everyone and will give you the shirt off his back. Truly one of a kind.

Daniel G., Woodshop Fabrication at CasterHQ
Daniel G.
Woodshop Fabrication
2+ years

Daniel is Tony's apprentice in the woodshop, learning the craft from the master himself, and he is soaking it up fast. He has already learned the entire warehouse operation, so when he is not building dollies and carts you will find him on the other side of the floor assembling caster orders whenever the team needs a hand. He is a quick study, reliable to a fault, and great with people, outgoing, funny, sharp with technology, and not even a little afraid to pick up the phone and make a sales call. Bonus skill: he grew up working in his dad's auto shop, so if your car is making that noise, Daniel can probably find the part and fix it before lunch.

Family firstA devoted son and brother (one sister, two brothers) and a great boyfriend to his girlfriend, the kind of guy his whole family counts on.

Ride or dieThere whenever you need him, for anything, always just a phone call away. Exactly the friend you want in your corner.

Off the clockWeekend concerts, hanging with his girlfriend, and watching soccer, go Mexico.
