All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
A recurring caster maintenance program for DFW facilities. CasterHQ schedules inspections, tracks wear, and plans replacement so casters are changed before they fail and stop equipment.
| Element | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Scheduled inspections | Recurring on-site reviews on your cadence |
| Wear tracking | A record of condition and replacement history per asset |
| Planned replacement | Casters changed before failure, on a budgeted schedule |
| Standard parts | One matched caster spec stocked for fast turnaround |
Cadence depends on duty. High-cycle equipment (production, transport) benefits from more frequent reviews; lighter-duty equipment can be reviewed less often. We set the interval with you during the first inspection rather than applying a one-size rule.

It depends on duty cycle. High-use equipment benefits from more frequent reviews. We set the interval with you at the first inspection instead of guessing.
Planned replacement avoids emergency downtime, floor damage, and rush costs, and it lets you budget caster spend instead of reacting to failures.
On-site preventive maintenance is for qualifying DFW facilities. Multi-location operators can ask about enterprise programs.
