CasterHQ's 'LD' NYLON PEDAL TOTAL LOCKING Series swivel casters with 3 inch Polyurethane on Polyolefin core (PP) wheels feature a heat treated ball bearing raceway and a bright zinc plated finish. These casters are ideal for light and medium duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects.
Polyurethane wheels provide great protection for floors in commercial and industrial settings. Polyurethane on Polyolefin wheels feature an extreme resistance to water, oil, and grease. Being non-metallic, these polyurethane wheels are also spark proof.

Shipping method
Smaller orders ship parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground). Heavy or bulk quantities consolidate to LTL freight. The method and final cost are shown before payment, so there are no post-checkout adjustments.

This 4" x 1.25" Polyurethane Total Lock Swivel Caster – 350 lb is rated to 350 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Polyurethane wheel with a 1-1/4" tread width. Polyurethane protects finished floors, rolls quietly, and resists most chemicals while carrying heavy loads.
This caster uses a Threaded Stem mount. Stem casters press or thread into a socket - verify the stem diameter and length match your existing setup before ordering.
This is a Swivel with Total Lock Brake caster with a wheel brake. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. The brake locks the wheel to hold the load in place. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Polyurethane wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
