The smooth-rolling 5" polyolefin wheels make it a breeze to move your fryers for cleaning or rearrangement, offering a practical blend of durability and maneuverability.
Easy to install with a standard bolt size of 5/16" (hardware not included). Compatible with Avantco FF300, FF400, FF500, FF518, and Frymaster / Dean Floor Fryers.
Each caster can handle up to 300 lbs, making it perfect for heavy-duty fryers. The wheels are highly resistant to chemicals and abrasions, ensuring longevity.
This 5" x 1-1/4" Polyolefin Swivel Caster – 300 lb is rated to 300 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Polyolefin wheel with a 1-1/4" tread width. Polyurethane protects finished floors, rolls quietly, and resists most chemicals while carrying heavy loads.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 1-1/4" x 5" plate and a 1-3/4" x 2-7/8" bolt pattern. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Polyolefin wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 5-1/8". Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
