This LK series caster is tailored for high load capacities and demanding industrial environments. While it excels in durability and non-marking capabilities, please note its limitations in antistatic, heat resistance, and electrical conductivity to ensure it meets your specific application requirements.
Ideal for use in diverse settings from warehouses to hospitals, this caster is optimized for performance across standard temperature ranges and is perfect for applications requiring clean floor contact. Not suitable for high-temperature or electrically sensitive environments.
This 5" x 1-9/16" Swivel Caster with Brake – 770 lb is rated to 770 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster uses a top-plate mount with a 4" x 4-1/2" plate and a 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" bolt pattern. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Swivel with Brake caster with a wheel brake. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. The brake locks the wheel to hold the load in place. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
