The Manner Twist TW-S-100 GP/K H is a 100 mm (3.94") swivel castors from the Twist series, Manner's flagship line for hospital beds, rehabilitation equipment, institutional kitchens, and clean-environment trolleys.
The fork and wheel hub are typically glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide, eliminating corrosion paths under repeated wipe-down with hospital-grade disinfectants. Manner is a Colson Group company; CasterHQ is the authorized US partner for the Twist medical caster line.

This Manner Twist TW-S-100 GP/K H Swivel castors — 100mm is rated to 276 lb per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Polyamide hub / Polyurethane tread wheel with a 0.79" (20 mm) tread width. Polyurethane protects finished floors, rolls quietly, and resists most chemicals while carrying heavy loads.
This caster uses a Bolt hole mount. Stem casters press or thread into a socket - verify the stem diameter and length match your existing setup before ordering.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
The Polyamide hub / Polyurethane tread wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
The overall height (floor to top of plate or stem) is 4.65" (118 mm). Account for it when checking equipment clearance, dock height, and ergonomic working height.
