All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.
The AEZFHS is the AEZ-platform spring-loaded Heavy Service caster — up to 1,200 lb per caster, built on Heavy Service rigging for towed and impact-prone routes that are also high-cycle and punishing. It's the AEZ spring-loaded option tuned for the toughest medium-duty duty cycle.

Within the AEZ spring-loaded family, the AEZFHS sits on Heavy Service rigging — the construction tuned for genuinely punishing duty cycles: constant use, rough floors, sustained abuse. Adding the spring suspension to that base gives you shock absorption on a rig already built to survive the cycle count. It's the pick when the route is both impact-prone AND relentless.
Both are AEZ spring-loaded casters around 1,200 lb. The difference is the rig base: AEZFWH on Workhorse rigging for standard towed/impact duty; AEZFHS on Heavy Service rigging for the same shock needs but a harder, higher-cycle duty cycle. If the equipment runs constantly under abuse, AEZFHS is the tougher base.
AEZ-platform spring-loaded Heavy Service caster — to 1,200 lb, built on Heavy Service rigging for punishing, high-cycle towed and impact-prone routes.
Same AEZ spring platform and capacity. AEZFHS uses the tougher Heavy Service rig base for harder, higher-cycle duty; AEZFWH uses the Workhorse base for standard duty.
When the route is both impact-prone and relentless — constant use under abuse, where the Heavy Service rig base earns its place.
