Discover our Caster Fork collection featuring a double ball raceway with 5/8” kingbolt, offering enhanced stability and maneuverability. Our range includes various wheel, bearing, and brake options, including total-locking casters in the DT and FT series. Each caster fork boasts a bright zinc finish and is designed for easy maintenance with a grease fitting in the raceway and axle. The majority of our series and wheel types are NSF listed, ensuring top quality and safety.
Our wheels are crafted from solid injection molded polyolefin, ensuring high shock load capacity, impact, and abrasion resistance. They are economical, lightweight, yet support high weight capacities. These 100% washable wheels are impervious to water and highly resistant to organic solvents, oil, grease, most chemicals, acids, and cleaning solutions. Available in both white and black, these non-marking materials come in several designs. With a durometer of 70 Shore D (+/-5) and a temperature range of 40° F to 180° F, they are perfect for a wide range of applications.

Shipping method
Smaller orders ship parcel (UPS/FedEx Ground). Heavy or bulk quantities consolidate to LTL freight. The method and final cost are shown before payment, so there are no post-checkout adjustments.

This 6" x 2" Polyolefin Swivel Caster – 700 lb is rated to 700 lbs per caster. Size a set by dividing the total load by the number of casters, and for uneven floors assume 3 of 4 casters carry the load. Keep continuous-use loads within about 75-80% of the rating.
This caster runs a Polyolefin wheel with a 2" tread width. Polyurethane protects finished floors, rolls quietly, and resists most chemicals while carrying heavy loads.
This is a Swivel caster. Swivel casters rotate 360 degrees for full maneuverability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for 40°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Polyolefin wheel performs best on smooth to semi-smooth floors including sealed concrete, tile, and epoxy. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
