All measurements indicate the wheel diameter by the tread width.
The below capacity ranges indicate the working (dynamic) load that each caster will support. A safety factor should be included in your formula to determine your required load rating per caster.
W/(C-1)=R W is total weight needed to move. C is total number of casters required. R is ideal load rating, with safety factor built in. Divide the total load weight by one less caster than you will use to safely determine load rating.
Plate dimensions shown are overall mounting plate size.
When replacing existing casters, select the closest plate size and verify bolt-hole compatibility.
BHP = Bolt Hole Pattern, shown under each plate.

Dive deeper into the intricate features and engineering excellence behind the R-AEZFHS-6GB95-1 Hamilton Aerospace Rigid Caster. Built to meet the dynamic needs of aerospace industries, every facet of this product speaks of quality and precision.
The heart of our Rigid caster is its 6" x 2" DuraGlide Wheel (95A). Crafted with advanced materials, it offers exceptional durability against wear and tear, making it ideal for the rigorous demands of aerospace environments. The 95A hardness rating ensures the perfect balance between toughness and flexibility.
The inclusion of 1/2" sealed precision ball bearings ensures that the caster operates smoothly and efficiently. This translates to reduced friction, minimized wear, and extended caster life, all crucial for high-stake aerospace applications.
As part of Hamilton Aerospace's Heavy Service Spring Loaded range, this caster provides advanced shock absorption. This means equipment is better protected from sudden impacts or uneven floor surfaces common in aerospace settings.
Hamilton Aerospace's legacy in engineering excellence has made this Rigid caster the top choice for aerospace professionals globally. By consistently delivering on performance and quality, we've built trust and reliability in the industry.
Should you have more questions about the Hamilton Aerospace Rigid Caster or need guidance for your specific aerospace setup, our expert team is available weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. We're committed to ensuring you have the perfect product solution.
This caster runs a Cast Iron wheel. Steel / iron wheels give maximum capacity and durability on smooth, hard industrial floors and tolerate heat.
This caster uses a top-plate mount. Measure your existing mounting holes before ordering; if you are replacing casters, match the bolt pattern - most standard patterns interchange across brands.
This is a Rigid caster. Rigid casters track straight for directional stability. For most mobile equipment we recommend 2 swivel + 2 rigid, or 4 swivel with at least 2 brakes.
Rated for -20°F to 180°F. Operating outside the rated range can reduce wheel life and load capacity, so match it to your environment (wash-down, freezer, oven-adjacent, etc.).
The Cast Iron wheel performs best on smooth, hard industrial floors. For non-marking or clean-environment needs, ask us about matching tread options.
We accept purchase orders and offer Net 30 on approved accounts, ACH, and all major cards, plus tax-exempt ordering with a resale or exemption certificate. Volume discounts apply automatically; request a bulk quote for large or recurring orders. Stock items carry a 30-day return policy in unused condition (made-to-order items are non-returnable once production starts).
