When a bakery oven-rack wheel flat-spots, cracks, or loses bearing grease after heat cycles, you usually do not need a full new caster — you need a wheel that matches the axle already in the yoke. This collection stocks three bores on the same 4″ × 1-1/2″ green epoxy profile:

Measure the axle (or the old wheel’s bore) with calipers before ordering. Capacity notes are on each product card — pick the bore that matches your yoke, then confirm load against your rack weight.
Rotating rack ovens and loaded bun/bread racks run far hotter than warehouse carts. Rubber and polyurethane soften and permanently flat-spot when a loaded rack parks hot. Glass-reinforced green epoxy resin is the bakery-floor material for this duty: continuous operation in the 475°F range, shock-resistant tread, and resistance to oil, grease, and washdown chemistry.
These SKUs are wheels only — no top plate. The familiar 3-1/8″ × 4-1/8″ OEM bakery plate belongs on the yoke or a complete caster. If the swivel horns and raceway are still true, pull the axle, drop in the matching-bore epoxy wheel, and reassemble. Quad X precision bearings keep roll resistance low when a hot rack leaves the oven; if the bearing has seized or the hub is oblong, replace the wheel rather than forcing a cooked bearing.

No. Wheel-only replacements. The 3-1/8″ × 4-1/8″ plate is on the yoke or a complete caster. If the plate or swivel is damaged, shop yokes or completes instead.

Buy the wheel when the yoke is sound and only the tread or bearing failed. Buy a complete caster (or new yoke + matching wheel) when the raceway is seized, the plate is warped, or the yoke axle holes are worn oval.
